Xak: COOL stands for "C# OSCAR and Other Libraries". It covers a lot of the client/server protocolinteraction, as well as constants related to various protocols. Each is split into its ownproject so really you only need to include the project of the protocol you want to use andalso CoolUtils tends to be very useful in general.
